The Women’s Health and Cancer Rights Act of 1998 requires insurance to cover post-mastectomy reconstruction, including areola/nipple tattooing! Insurance will often reimburse your costs, so please contact your insurance company to discuss. 

Though SUMA Ink is considered "out-of-network," we're happy to provide you with an itemized invoice with procedure codes for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

This secures your scheduled appointment and is applied towards the cost of your service. Should you need to cancel your appointment, your deposit is entirely refundable with advance notice of at least 48 hours.

I work independently and take great care to schedule customized blocks of time for each of my clients. This allows me to give 100% of my focus to each individual during their session, which I love to do!

While I know "life happens" and we all need a little wiggle room every now and then … 

•  If you're running late for your appointment, please call me. It may not pose a problem at all, or we may need to reschedule with respect for my next client’s appointment.

•  If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let me know at your earliest convenience. At least 48 hours' notice is appreciated, so I can offer the block of time to other clients.

If you're running 30+ minutes late, and have not notified me, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will no longer be refundable. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, your deposit may no longer be refundable.
