SUZANNE MOE Was born in Washington, DC to a family serving in the Foreign Service. She was exposed to different cultures and world views from a young age. Suzanne lived in India, Africa and Europe and returned to the United States to earn her degree in Fine Arts from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia. After graduating with honors, Suzanne opened a design company which later expanded to include the art form of tattooing and public art projects. A licensed professional tattoo artist since 1997, Suzanne’s current focus is to offer clients the healing, transformational and empowering services of paramedical tattooing with kindness and care. She specializes in 3d nipple/areola tattoos for breast cancer survivors who have undergone mastectomy and are looking for a realistic or artistic completion to their reconstruction.
