A consultation is required prior to receiving any service.

Consultations take less than 30 minutes and are free of any obligation or charge.

We can schedule a personal consultation in my studio, or you can choose to have your consultation via email/phone.

Once you contact me for a consultation, I will send you two forms: 

• a health history form for you to fill out and return
• a tattoo care form for you to study

I will also require three photos:

• one full front
• one left side
• one right side

 Once I review your health history and receive your images, we’ll talk about your design and color preferences. We’ll review your care instructions and discuss your recommended treatment plan. You’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions you might have. I will also provide you with a cost for services.
